Sarah Davies Coaching

I help midlife professionals who feel stretched thin to restore clarity, energy, and a deeper connection to what truly matters—so they can move through life with focus, purpose, and a sense of being at home in themselves.

A little introduction

Hello and welcome—truly. I’m Sarah.
I live in a tiny village by the North East coast of England, where the sea is wild and the sky is wide.
After years in the blur of city life and corporate deadlines, I chose slower skies.
More walking. More wonder. More room to breathe.
I trained as a chartered accountant.
I led large teams through complex change.
I knew how to deliver, how to carry it all, how to keep going—until my body and heart said no more.
Burnout isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it’s the quiet ache of waking up tired, every day. The slow erosion of joy. Or the guilt of snapping at your kids when you’re too depleted to cope. A growing sense that this isn’t how it’s meant to feel.
What stayed with me through it all was this:
People come alive when they feel safe.
Seen. Heard. Held in their humanness.
And that’s what I offer now.
I work with midlife professionals who are holding everything—
Work demands. Children. Aging parents. Relationships. Their own neglected, deprioritised needs.
They’re smart, capable and quietly depleted. They’ve tried the books, the hacks, the podcasts.
They’ve done what they were told would help—and still feel stuck.
Each attempt that doesn’t “work” just deepens the doubt, and has you asking “Maybe it’s me. Maybe I’m the problem”
You’re not.The truth is, those quick-fix solutions weren’t built for your life.
They didn’t ask what matters most to you.
They didn’t hold space for your truth to rise.
But coaching can.
In our work, I listen underneath the noise.
Together we find clarity—not someone else’s version of success, but yours.
You rebuild trust in yourself.
You find your rhythm. Your focus. Your energy. Your ease.
And from there? Everything changes. If you’re ready to stop circling and start creating the life you actually want to be living—I’d love to help you find your way there.

Testimonials

Sarah just gets it. She brings a rare mix of deep empathy, sharp insight, and real-world experience from her own career journey — both professionally and personally. What makes Sarah stand out is how grounded and human she is. No ego, no pretence — just warmth, presence, and genuine connection. She’s faced the challenges of corporate life firsthand: managing people, tight deadlines, financial reporting, project pressure, team dynamics — she’s lived it, and it shows in how she supports others. What I’ve valued most in working with Sarah is the way she listens. Not just to what’s said, but to what’s beneath the surface. She creates a space where I feel seen, heard, and safe to explore the real blockers — the ones I hadn’t been able to name. She never tells me what to do. Instead, she helps me reconnect with my own clarity and confidence. I always walk away from our conversations feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised.Allison - Senior Finance Project Lead

Through her research-backed program, Sarah helps you connect your daily actions to your deepest values, then provides the tools and simple strategies—like energy management and learning to say "no"—to make that alignment a reality. The content is exceptional, but it's Sarah's approach that makes it stick. As a coach, she's passionate, collaborative, and endlessly curious. She also understands the pressure of senior corporate life because she's lived it, which is why she's so good at translating complex ideas into simple, concrete steps, with gentle accountability.I can say from experience that the result is transformative and sustainable. I've got more focus, more energy, and am spending more time on the things that matter.Mel - Fractional HR Director

I didn't know that I needed a slight nudge to give myself permission to take a little time out to think about me: what my values really are and how they impact (or should impact) my decision making. Now I know I did!Understanding your true drivers is liberating in itself, but to then be given simple tools to help focus your life is truly empowering. All this delivered by Sarah with great passion yet equal gentleness. Not at all what I was expecting, and I certainly didn't expect small, incremental changes to have such a positive impact on my day to day, and longer-term life.Kate - Site Operations Manager

I met Sarah during our time at the Performance Neuroscience Coaching School. During a breakout session, I asked if anyone would be willing to coach me through a challenge— something a little off-script from the usual exercises.
Everyone hesitated -- except Sarag who suddenly said with a bright smile, "I will!"
Nearly a year later, after enjoying several months of private sessions with her, I don't remember the original challenge. I do, however, remember her rare quality of attention — a wise, cozy-okayness that helped smooth my road ahead.
Sarah is a natural.
